Winery MARKOWITSCH, G\u00f6ttlesbrunn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what makes my job so special is being immersed in nature every day. Hectic schedules and time pressures lose their significance when you drive through the rows of vines. The slow but steady development of the plants\u2014from budding to ripening of the grapes\u2014brings calm and serenity to life. Each vineyard has its own pace: weather changes affect the soil differently depending on the geology, vine development varies depending on exposure, the ripening time varies depending on sunlight \u2013 and all of this results in individual wine personalities. This slow but steady development is a fascinating experience every year. \u201cWhat a privilege it is to be a winemaker!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUR VINEYARDS are located in G\u00f6ttlesbrunn and H\u00f6flein. Our philosophy is to highlight the individual differences between our vineyards. To capture this special piece of land in the bottle. What makes it special: the encounter with nature. Organic viticulture. The art of allowing something to happen that no technology, no matter how sophisticated, can produce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
