Again the doors of the Concert Noble opened wide for the “Wiener Ball”. My Belgian guests had a great evening with Grüner Veltliner from Rainer CHRIST in Vienna. They danced and had fun till the small hours. It was a glittering ball night!

Upon invitation by Erich Korzinek, Styria’s ‘Ambassador’ in Brussels, Joachim SKOFF and I hat the possibility to present the “Junker” 2010 and other wonderful wines to a selected public. Johannes Hahn, the Austrian member of the European Commission had a nice evening with a good glass of wine and Styrian nibbles.

Thanks to Michi MALAT, Jürgen STIGELMAR and my friends I was able to present my wines for the fifth time at the MEGAVINO. We were positively surprised to see so many people from restaurants and wine shops that were interested in Austrian wines. Four challenging and successful days.

Upon invitation by the Austrian Ambassador Dr. Karl Schramek I was given the opportunity the organise a wine-tasting in the ambassador’s residence. Many interesting guests from many countries came and could be convinced about the ever increasing quality of Austrian wine. Quite a number of owners of gourmet restaurants were among them. A good omen….

Already for the second time VOLVO LOUIS made a presentation together with me. This time the brand new VOLVO S60 was unveiled at their dealership. Rainer CHRIST and his wife came from Vienna to present their wines at a “Wiener Heurigenabend” upon invitation by the Vienna House and the Vienna Business Agency. About 150 guests enjoyed the warm summer evening and excellent wines with good and solid Austrian dishes such as roasted suckling and pork roast.

Together with VOLVO and “Brussels Capital Concierge” and true to the motto “Art & Jazz’n bubbles” I had the possibility to present some of my Austrian wines to people from many countries.
