Terroir: The grapes for this wine originate from various sites in the Heideboden of Gols and Halbturn. Heideboden is the designation for the level sites reaching to the lake, characterised by warm, porous gravel black-earth soils.
Maturation: selection of grapes, gentle processing, controlled fermentation, ageing in stainless steel tank, batonnage, bottled on 18th december 2015
Shiny golden yellow; herbs and raisins as well dry fruit flavours in the nose with a hint of caramel
Pleasant fruity and lively on the palate and a very balanced sweet acid ratio with a long fruit finish
