Soil composition: Conglomerate soil and gravel from the Danube
Vinifciation: Handpicked selected grapes, soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation with the natural yeast (without any cultivated yeast) in barrique barrels (oak, 50% new wood)
Character: Bright green-yellow, precius minerality, only a touch of new oak, elegant finish
Ideal drinking time: 2020 – 2040
