The Pinot Blanc variety occupies around 10% of the vineyard area at the CHRIST Winery in Vienna – Jedlersdorf and is located on a relatively high site on the Viennese side of the Bisamberg.
A lot of patience, feeling and a strict quality selection were necessary to harvest excellent grapes for a great wine. In order to deepen the complex taste and aroma and to guarantee a reliable development, a long, careful maturing period on the fine yeasts was completed.
This wine is vinified in a very special way. The focus here is on the lunar calendar, harvest and cellar work are coordinated with the full moon.
Silver reflections, juicy pear fruit, ripe mango, well-integrated creaminess, spicy notes, massive and refreshing.
