Grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification 14 days maceration in steel tanks.
Matured for 24 months in barriques, then 6 weeks in large barrels. No fining, bottled unfiltered.
Dense red color with a delicate violet rim. The nose is already beautifully ripe, with notes of heart cherry, liquorice and cassis.
Elegant on the palate, beautiful length with ripe tannins, sour cherry, iron, meaty. A great accompaniment to barbecues!
